"Packed the Way It Should Be"
I ordered a meter from globaltestsupply.com and my main concern was whether it would show up beat up from shipping. Thankfully, the box arrived in good shape and everything inside was packed snug with plenty of padding. No loose pieces, no crushed corners, and the meter looked clean and brand new. It’s a basic thing, but it matters when a company takes the time to pack someone’s order properly instead of just tossing it in a box and hoping for the best. I appreciated that and would order from them again.

It’s not bad overall, but I’ll be honest, I expected the price to be a little more competitive. I ended up finding similar ones cheaper elsewhere afterward, which was a bit disappointing. Still, it does the job, so I’m not too upset.

i mean, I thought canceling my order was going to turn into a whole thing because I picked the wrong item by mistake.

I emailed Global Test Supply and they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. They helped get the cancellation sorted out without making it complicated.

A few days later, the refund showed up on my card just like they said it would. Nothing over the top, just solid customer service, and I’d order from them again.

"Warranty support was a long, frustrating runaround"
I bought a meter from Global Test Supply, and unfortunately I ran into an issue with it while it was still under warranty. I figured the warranty process would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. Every time I reached out, it felt like I was being passed from one person to another, and I kept getting asked for the same information I had already sent. The replies were also slow, so the whole thing dragged on much longer than it should have. What bothered me most was that I never really got the sense that anyone was taking ownership of the problem or actually trying to get it resolved. After spending a lot of time going back and forth, I still didn’t have a clear answer or real solution. For something that should have been covered under warranty, it was a disappointing experience.

My order from globaltestsupply.com did eventually show up, which is the main thing. The item was packed well enough and it was exactly what I ordered, so no complaints there. The only part that was a little frustrating was the tracking. It barely updated for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure where the package was or when to expect it. Delivery also took a bit longer than I thought it would. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but if you need something quickly or like detailed tracking, it might feel a little underwhelming. Overall, not a bad experience, just average.

I ordered a handful of test supplies and everything was exactly what I picked out online. Nothing was missing or mixed up, which is the main thing I care about. Shipping was alright, not especially fast but not a big deal either. I took off one star because the tracking updates were kind of slow or something about it felt a little behind, but overall it was a good experience...

I tried to return an item it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. There were too many back-and-forth emails, the replies were slow, and the instructions weren’t super clear. I still had to keep following up just to get my refund sorted.
